WG Supervision/Market Data - Mainz

The German city of Mainz hosted last 24 November a meeting of the working group (WG) on Supervision/Market Data of the European Committee for Postal Regulation (CERP).
 
The participants reviewed the current status of the work of Technical Committee (TC) 331 WG1 - Postal Service Quality of the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN), specifically the revision of standard EN 14012 concerning quality of service and the measurement of complaints and redress procedures, and the activity of the Consumer Relations project team (PT), with the noteworthy production of a questionnaire on the way in which the national regulatory authorities receive information on postal service aspects of direct relevance for consumers and use it in regulation. Also discussed was the process of gathering data from the EU Postal Survey, undertaken by the Statistics PT, and the work of the PT on Implementing the CEN Quality of Service Standards.
