The plenary meeting of the Independent Regulators Group was held last 7 December in Bratislava, Slovakia, where the participants focused on the following issues, among others: the IRG's position on the new regulatory network, IRG development, international roaming, article 7 cases and co-operation with the Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulatory Entities (Regulatel).
