Relevant markets definition, SMP assessment and imposition of obligations (public consultation - 3rd phase)

By determination of 6 April 2004, ICP-ANACOM issued the 3rd phase of the public consultation on the process of definition of relevant markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition of obligations, covering the mobile services, namely the access and call origination services on mobile telephone networks and voice call termination on individual mobile networks.
