General and prior conditions for the negotiation
of interconnection agreements for 2001

In conformity with the terms of point 1 of article 14 and points 1 and 2 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 415/98, of December 31, the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP) is responsible for defining and publishing general and prior conditions for the negotiation of interconnection agreements.

Thus in compliance with the said legal terms it is hereby made public that the general and prior conditions for the negotiation of interconnection agreements for 2001 are available for consultation by any interested parties in the Public Attendance Services of the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal, located in the Avenida de José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, between 09:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday and via the site, www.icp.pt.
