The second meeting of the Special Commission on Regulatory/Procedural Issues working party (WP SC) of the International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunications Sector (ITU-R) was held from 30 November to 5 December in Geneva.
The meeting?s aim was to go over regulatory aspects of some WRC-07 agenda topics and to issue, when deemed applicable, liaison communications for the ITU-R working groups responsible for producing studies related to the agenda topics. The goal is provide guidance on the best way to continue the work preparing for the Conference. WP SC focused particularly on the following WRC-07 agenda topics: 1.9, 1.10, 1.13, 2 and 7.1 Resolution 951.
This was the second and last meeting of WP SC. As for the next meeting of the Special Commission, it has been scheduled for 4-6 December 2006 in Geneva.
