It was decided by ANACOM, by determinations of 15 and 16 July 2004, to launch a consultation concerning the document on the obligations in the narrowband retail markets.
This consultation, which takes place until 10 September 2004, meets the general procedure contained in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February, whose comments should be written and sent to ANACOM preferably by e-mail, to the address mercados_be@anacom.pt.
Being a draft decision, PT Comunicações was notified, within that period of time, to give an opinion on this matter, in accordance with the provisions contained in articles 100 and following of the Administrative Procedure Code.
It was also decided to submit this draft decision to the consultation specific procedure, in accordance with the provisions contained in article 57 of said law, which requires to make accessible through an appropriate way, simultaneously to the European Commission and to the national regulatory authorities of the remaining Member-states, the reasoned draft decision stating which information is confidential, and also to notify the European Commission and the national regulatory authorities of the remaining Member-states that the decision project is accessible and how it can be consulted.
