It is already available the presentation and the topics list discussed at the seminar organised by the European Commission, on last 15 July, aiming to submit the final report of the ?Study on conditions and options in introducing radio spectrum secondary trading in the European Union?. This study was prepared by the consortium Analysis Consulting, DotEcon e Hogan & Hartson, upon request of the Commission.
