Pursuant to the new electronic communications legal framework - Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February (Regicom) - electronic communications networks and services offer is subject to the general authorization regime, which consists of compliance with the rules foreseen in this diploma and in the regulations approved for its execution. ANACOM, checking compliance with the corresponding procedures, issues a declaration listing the associated rights.
Up till now, five declarations were issued for the following services: resale of telephone services at fixed location, telephone service at fixed location, virtual calling cards and internet access services.
The list of entities that offer electronic communications networks and services on the basis of Regicom is already available on this site and will permanently be updated.
