On 3 May 2024, ANACOM approved the extension for an additional 5 working days of the period for prior hearing and public consultation on regulation regarding the provision of information on the location of callers to the Public Security Answering Point.
Contributions in response to the consultation may now be sent until 21 May 2024 (comments in writing and in Portuguese) by email to: regulamento.localizacao@anacom.ptmailto:regulamento.localizacao@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding any items considered confidential.
