Decision on the request to renew the right of use of frequencies allocated to REPART for provision of the mobile trunking service

On 29 February 2024, ANACOM's Board of Directors ratified the decision of its Chairman of 26 February, rejecting the request to renew the right of use of frequencies allocated to REPART - Sistemas de Comunicação de Recursos Partilhados S.A. for provision of the mobile trunking service.
On the same date, approval was also given to the report on the public consultation held on use of the 410-430 MHz band for provision of the mobile trunking service and amendment of the NTFA. Timely responses to this consultation, which was launched on 07 November 2023, were received from the following undertakings: Ericsson Telecomunicações, NOS Comunicações (in conjunction with NOS Açores, NOS Madeira, NOS Wholesale), Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais and REPART - Sistemas de Comunicação de Recursos Partilhados.
