Approval of the Multiannual Activity Plan 2024-2026 and budget for 2024

By decision of 7 November 2023, ANACOM approved the public consultation report on the strategic guidelines for 2024-20256 and the multiannual activity plan 2024-2026, including the budget for 2024

In the scope of the consultation launched by decision issued by this Authority on 4 July 2023https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1748251, contributions were received, within the deadline, from the following parties: ANMP - Associação Nacional de Municípios Portugueses; APRITEL - Associação dos Operadores de Comunicações Eletrónicas; AR Telecom - Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações; Câmara Municipal de Albufeira; Câmara Municipal de Arganil; Câmara Municipal de Chaves; Câmara Municipal de Oleiros; Câmara Municipal de Ovar; CTT - Correios de Portugal; DECO - Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor; Ericsson Telecomunicações; FastFiber - Infraestruturas de Comunicações and Fibroglobal - Comunicações Electrónicas (jointly); Jair Alves; Mauro Teixeira; MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS Comunicações, NOS Açores, NOS Madeira (jointly); Vodafone Portugal; and Vantage Towers.

Three other contributions were received, from Câmara Municipal de Vila do Bispo, Câmara Municipal de Odemira and Câmara Municipal de Montemor-o-Velho, but past the deadline for responses to the consultation.

On the same date, ANACOM also approved its submission to the members of the Government responsible for the areas of finance and communications, under the terms and for the purposes of article 48 of this Authority’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851.
