ANACOM approves the methodology for assessing compliance with the obligations related to the rights of use for the radio spectrum allocated under the 5G Auction

On 5 December 2023, ANACOM approved a final decision on the methodology for assessing compliance with the obligations related to the rights of use for the radio spectrum (RURS) allocated under the 5G Auction Regulation, the RURS of Dense Air Portugal (Dense Air) and the RURS of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone) in the 900 MHz and 1800 MHz bands, following the renewal of rightshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1681822.

The Decision also includes changes to the annual questionnaire (concerning information on coverage, quality of service and implementation of the site sharing policy in the context of rights of use for frequencies for terrestrial electronic communications services) and information reporting obligations.
