On 28 November 2023, ANACOM approved the value of 4.6962% for the cost of capital of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, for the financial year 2023.
The draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1764521 had been notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other EU Member States on 17 October. On 17 November, the EC stated that it had no comments on the draft Decision.
The final decision, which has now been adopted, has been notified to the EC and BEREC.
