On 11 December 2023, ANACOM implemented Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/180 of 8 February 2022, amending Decision 2006/771/EC as regards the updating of the harmonised technical conditions for the use of radio spectrum by short-range devices.
This is the 8th update to Decision 2006/771/EC, in response to the Commission's Standing Mandate to CEPT on the technical harmonisation of radio spectrum for use by SRD.
