On 11 December 2023, ANACOM implemented Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2307 of 23 November 2022, which amends Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/179 with regard to the designation and availability of the 5 150-5 250MHz, 5 250-5 350MHz and 5 470-5 725MHz frequency bands in accordance with the technical conditions set out in its annex.
Amendments to the technical conditions for the 5 470-5 725 MHz band have been incorporated into this new Decision to allow limited use of WAS/RLAN devices in road vehicles, while the technical conditions for WAS/RLAN in the 5 250-5 350 MHz band remain unchanged.
