Request for renewal of the right of use for frequencies allocated to REPART for the provision of the mobile trunking service

By decision of 31 October 2023, ANACOM approved the draft decision on the request submitted by REPART - Sistemas de Comunicação de Recursos Partilhados for the renewal of the right of use for the frequencies allocated to it for the provision of the mobile trunking service.

This draft decision was subject to a prior hearing of REPART, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code, as well as to the public consultation procedure provided for in article 10 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333113, with a deadline of 30 working days in both cases for interested parties to submit their comments in writing and in Portuguese.
