Notice is hereby given that, under the terms of and for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 of article 98 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), by decision of 23 August 2022, ANACOM's Board of Directors has decided to commence, as on the date of publication of this notice, a procedure to amend Regulation no. 255/2017 of 16 Mayhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1415433 on the provision of statistical information.
The purpose of this procedure is to amend the above Regulation, which establishes the manner, level of detail, deadlines and frequency of the submission of statistical information for the purposes set out in article 108 and in points b) and f) of article 109 of LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicashttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162 (Electronic Communications Law). Such information is regularly requested by ANACOM from undertakings that provide electronic communications services and operate electronic communications networks.
Interested parties are given a period of 20 working days from the date of this publication to send their comments to ANACOM (comments to be received no later than 22 September 2022, in writing and in Portuguese), with any contributions and suggestions that parties deem should be taken into consideration in the preparation of the draft Regulation that is the object of this procedure. Comments may be sent to dee.stats@anacom.pt.
At a later date, interested parties will have opportunity to express their views on the draft regulation itself, which will be submitted to public consultation in accordance with Article 10 of ANACOM's Statutes (approved by Decree-Law no. 39/2015 of 16 March) and in accordance with article 101 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
The draft Regulation will be published on ANACOM's institutional website (www.anacom.pt) and in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal).
