Concept of unfair burden in the provision of broadband Internet access services in compliance with the requirements of Decree-Law no. 66/2021

By decision of 12 August 2021, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the concept of unfair burden in the provision of broadband Internet access services in compliance with the requirements of Decree-Law no. 66/2021, published on 30 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1687781.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a prior hearing of interested parties under the terms of articles 121 and 122 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), and to the general consultation procedure provided for in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 Februaryhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162 (current wording), as applicable under the terms of article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes (approved in annex to Decree-Law no. 309/2001 of 7 Decemberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=974442). Under these procedures, interested parties are given a period of 20 working days in which to comment (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
