Allocation of rights of use for numbers to Go4mobility

On 29 July 2021, the Director-General for Regulation, in the use of powers delegated by ANACOM’s Board of Directors, in accordance with point i) of paragraph 6 of Determination No 753/2021, published on 16 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1678761 in Series II (Part E) of the Official Gazette, approved the allocation of rights of use for the short numbers 62962, 62963 and 62966 to Go4mobility, Tecnologia e Serviços para a Mobilidade (Go4mobility).

Go4mobility was subject to compliance with the use-related conditions set out in article 37 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162 (ECL), namely the use of numbers indicated in the previous deliberative item, exclusively for the provision of message-based value-added services involving the sending of more than one message or the sending of messages on a regular or continuous basis, with an added price per message, and others which ensure compliance with the condition of effective and efficient use and which may be set by ANACOM in execution of ECL.

It was also determined to waive the prior hearing of interested parties, under point f) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
