Spectrum Policy Group - Brussels

The Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG), set up to study issues related to the introduction of secondary trading of the rights to use radio spectrum in the member States, met for the second time on 21 January 2004 in Brussels.

About 30 delegates attended the meeting, from Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal (represented by ANACOM), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, as well as representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
