A determination dated 22 January 2004 approved the launch of a public consultation on operator pre-selection and selection in Portugal, which is released today.
This public consultation aims to hear opinions from providers/operators and end users on some issues concerning the update of the Pre-Selection Specification, in order to improve or extend its functions to the market in general and users in particular.
The deadline for replies to be received is 26 March 2004. They should preferably be sent by email to the address consultasps@anacom.pt. Given the open nature of this public consultation, information considered to be of a confidential nature should be clearly identified, to ensure that it is not openly accessible.
The consultation report will be released to the public, namely on this website, including the contributions received.
