BEREC’s expert working group on Market and Economic Analysis (MEA EWG) held a videoconference meeting last 9 July with the competition authority (CMA) and communications sector regulator (Ofcom) of the United Kingdom. Its main aim was to discuss the two entities’ responsibilities and interaction, bearing in mind that the European Commission is designing a new competition tool (in consultation until 8 September) inspired by their governance model.
