It is now available at the site of Portuguese Parliament, as Decree-Law no. 151/IX, the new telecommunications´ regime, approved on 11 December 2003, which transposes the communitarian regulatory framework known as “Review 99”.
This diploma awaits publication on the D.R. and shall come into force on the day immediately following its publication.
