Approval of the draft regulation of the auction for allocation of user frequency rights in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz bands

By decision of 6 February 2020, ANACOM approved the draft regulation of the auction for allocation of frequency user rights in the bands of 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz, pursuant to article 30, numbers 5, 8ande 9, and article 32 of Law 5/2004https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114, of 10 February (Electronic Communications Law), and under article 9, number 1, subparagraph b), and in number 2, subparagraph a), of article 10 and of article 26, number 1, subparagraph b), of its Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094.

The decision was taken to submit the draft regulatory consultation procedure, pursuant to article 10 of the Statutes of ANACOMhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094 and in articles 98 and following of the Code of Administrative Procedure.

This draft regulation, which is now available, will be published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal), with a period of 30 business days being given from that date onwards for the sending of contributions, in writing and in Portuguese, preferably by email to the address reg.leilao@anacom.ptmailto:reg.leilao@anacom.pt.
