Approval of the start of the regulatory procedure of the auction for allocation of frequency user rights in the bands of 700 MHz and other bands

By decision of 31 October 2019, ANACOM approved the start of the procedure for drafting a regulation of an auction for allocation of frequency user rights in the bands of 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3,6 GHz, pursuant to the provisions in its Statutes and in Law no. 5/2004, of 10 Februaryhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=383150 (Electronic Communications Law), which establishes ANACOM's competence to approve regulations on allocation of frequency user rights when involving selection procedures, namely auction.
