Approval of precautionary measure to prevent unfair commercial practices under the ambit of DTT

By decision of 17 January 2020, ANACOM approved the immediate adoption of a precautionary measure to prevent unfair commercial practices under the ambit of digital terrestrial television (DTT).

This prohibition, which shall remain in force until 28 August 2020, is aimed at companies providing electronic communications services that provide television signal distribution services, as well as agents that publicise or commercialise these services, when acting on behalf of and in representation of those companies.
