On 24 July 2019 ANACOM signed cooperation protocols with seven entities related to arbitration and consumer disputes, aimed at providing the necessary technical and financial support to the operation of these entities, within the respective sectoral scope and limits of the duties and powers of this Authority.
The entities in question are as follows:
