CTT's request for use of transponders in measuring the quality of service indicators

By decision of 28 November 2019, ANACOM decided to partially reject the request submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) to use RFID (radio frequency identification) transponders in the measurement of quality indicators relating to delays in the forwarding of postal items.

It was decided to submit the draft decision to a prior hearing of CTT, for a period of ten working days, pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Code of Administrative Procedure).
