A joint UPAEP-ERGP workshop on “Regulatory Challenges in Europe and the Americas” was held last 27 June in Ponta Delgada. It included presentations about European and American postal markets and discussion of internal issues concerning the postal sector, namely the future of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the terminal dues system, with the participation of the European Commission, the US Department of State and the Chinese government.
