Approval of the allocation of the right of use to the Agency for Administrative Modernisation of short number 147

By decision of 25 July 2019, ANACOM, pursuant to the provisions of its statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1351851 and pursuant to articles 17 and 36 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas - LCE (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162), in its current wording, approved the allocation of rights of use of short number 147 to the Agency for Administrative Modernisation (AMA).

AMA was subject to the fulfilment of the conditions set forth in article 37 of the LCE, namely the use of this number exclusively for access to “Linha iCidadão”, under the terms of the iSIMPLEX 2019 measure, which aims to provide a service that acts as a gateway for the citizen to public administration services, which translates into a global response through a unique access number to public services, with the call being free to the end user.
