The ERGP working group on Market Indicators met last 28 February-1 March in Rome.
The aim of this meeting was to present and discuss the subgroup’s working plan for 2019, specifically the production of two reports to be published at the end of this year: “Report on the quality of service, consumer protection and complaints handling” and “Report on postal core indicators”.
