Brussels hosted last 3 December a meeting of the Postal Directive Committee. The discussion focused on the future of the regulatory framework for postal services and presentation of the current situation regarding the regulation of e-commerce cross-border parcel delivery, the European Commission study on electronic commerce and matters concerning the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Statistics were also discussed and activities of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services (ERGP) were presented.
