By determination of 13 November 2003 and following on the draft decision adopted on 21 August 2003, it was decided that the list of indicators to be submitted to ANACOM by the entities authorised to provide fixed telephone service (FTS) should henceforth also include a set of indicators concerning the offer of written messages (SMS) in the fixed network, which were also approved.
