The members of BEREC’s Net Neutrality working group held a meeting last 24 October, which was attended by representatives of various national regulatory authorities (NRAs); ANACOM took part by videoconference. The meeting reviewed documents concerning the BEREC opinion and the report from the public consultation on evaluation of application of the TSM Regulation and of BEREC’s guidelines on net neutrality. Several national cases were also discussed, along with questions regarding net neutrality put forward by the NRAs.
