Recovery of rights of use of numbers allocated to NOS

In accordance with the provisions of ANACOM’s Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094 and of articles 17 and 37 of Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114 (LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas) as currently worded, by decision of 12 July 2018, ANACOM has approved the recovery of the rights of use of the "6225x" block of ten numbers allocated to NOS Comunicações for provision of message-based valued-added services (VAS SMS). This decision takes effect as from 4 July 2018.
