ERG launches public consultation on remedies

Following the meeting of 21 November, the European Regulators Group - ERG has launched, on the past 5 December, a public consultation on the draft joint ERG/Commission approach on appropriate remedies in the new regulatory framework  for the electronic communications.

This public consultation runs until the upcoming 19 January 2004, followed by a public hearing scheduled for 26 January 2004, in Brussels, for discussion on the views of the interested parties.
