The article by ANACOM's Chairman, João Cadete de Matos, published in the 2017 edition of the magazine of the International Association of Portuguese Speaking Communications (AICEP - Associação Internacional das Comunicações de Expressão Portuguesa), entitled ''Digital transformation requires modern and competitive electronic communications'', is now available.
The article stresses that the development of modern and competitive electronic communications is a key objective for digital transformation, and the role that regulators can play in creating and strengthening conditions that encourage and facilitate the pursuit of that goal is equally crucial.
