A meeting between this Authority and CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) was held on 14 March 2018, at ANACOM's headquarters in Lisbon. Matters discussed related to quality of service indicators and price setting criteria under the universal postal service, as well as the options taken by CTT regarding compliance with the postal density criteria and issues related to the handling of complaints from postal service customers.
