Consultation on quality of service parameters and performance targets of the universal postal service (2018-2020) - further extension of deadline


By decision of 13 March 2018, ANACOM has approved a new extension (for a further 2 working days) to the period of the prior hearing and public consultation on the quality of service parameters and performance targets associated with provision of the universal postal service for the 2018-2020 three-year period.

ANACOM takes the view that this extension, which is the result of a request made by CTT - Correios de Portugal, will not have any impact on this procedure's implementation schedule and may also benefit other potential stakeholders, who will likewise have a longer period to comment.

As such, responses to the consultation must be received no later than 19 March 2018 - comments in writing and in Portuguese should be sent to objetivos-qos-CTT@anacom.ptmailto:objetivos-qos-CTT@anacom.pt 1. Once the consultation process has been concluded, the contributions received will be made public. Therefore, for the purposes of publication on this website, interested parties should also submit a non-confidential version of their responses excluding items considered confidential.
