By final decision of 18 January 2018, ANACOM has approved amendments to the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO), which must be enacted by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia within 30 working days.
The respective draft decision was adopted on 16 November 2017 for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the other Member States of the European Union. The European Commission has stated that it has no comments.
