Copenhagen hosted last 7 December the IRG General Assembly, which focused on the following points:
- analysis of the 2017 accounts,
- discussion of the workshop for heads held in 2017,
- adoption of the IRG working programme for 2018.
Regarding the elections, besides endorsing the electoral process carried out in the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), it indicated Vladica Tintor of Serbia’s Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) as vice-chair and representative of the non-EU members.
