By final decision of 14 December 2017, ANACOM has approved the Regulation on the registration of undertakings offering electronic communications networks and services.
ANACOM has also approved the public consultation report to which the draft regulation was submitted (Draft regulation approved on 7 September 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418809). In response to the consultation, comments were received from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, and from NOS, SGPS, in the name of its subsidiaries NOS Comunicações, NOS Açores Comunicações and NOS Madeira Comunicações.
