A videoconference meeting of drafters of the Market and Economic Analysis working group (MEA EWG) took place last 18 September, focusing on the “Project Requirement Definition on Mergers and Acquisitions SMP Guidelines” of MEA EWG. The participants discussed the first working outline that the WIK consultancy is developing for the European Commission in the context of revision of the significant market power guidelines.
