On 31 July 2017, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) published the report "ICT Facts and Figures 2017", which presents key statistical data on information and communication technologies.
The ITU highlights the fact that young people continue to dominate Internet use: 830 million young people (aged 15 - 24 years) are online, representing more than 80 percent of the youth population in 104 countries.
