Following a request to transfer the rights of use of the numbers "62928", "68910", "68920" and "68940" (for provision of value-added services based on message sending) from Netsize to NTH (companies registered with ANACOM to provide this service), ANACOM has made the following announcement, under point d) of paragraph 1 of article 120 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February (current wording):
- In accordance with its powers and responsibilities, in particular as under articles 17 and 38 of the LCE, on 29 March 2017, ANACOM has authorised the transfer of rights of use of the numbers, with effect from 1 April 2017.
- Since the circumstances examined under the procedure resulted in a decision wholly favourable to the interested parties, in line with their request, it was deemed, in accordance with point f) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of the Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), that the conditions are fulfilled as allow waiver of a prior hearing of Netsize and NTH.
