24th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics - Florence


The 24th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics was held last 18-21 May in Florence, Italy, organised by the Florence School of Regulation in partnership with the Center for Research in Regulated Industries of Rutgers University.

The conference’s parallel sessions focused on the following matters, among others: cross-border service and international prices, efficiency, postal networks, e-commerce, connectivity, digital challenges, universal service obligations, postal reform, postal demand and the challenges of regulation and the postal sector’s future.

The event was attended by national regulatory authorities (NRAs) from European countries, postal operators, European Commission representatives, researchers and consultants.
