The BEREC expert working group on Regulatory Accounting met last 29 April in Brussels, with the following main goals: (i) determination of the structure of the annual report on “Regulatory Accounting in Practice”; and (ii) presentation by a European Commission member of conclusions from the study on the methodology for calculating cost of capital.
