Public consultation promoted by the Government in liaison with ANACOM on the draft amendment of Decree-Law no. 123/2009https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975261 of 21 May, which defines the legal regime applicable to the construction of infrastructure suitable for carrying electronic communications networks, to the installation of electronic communications networks and to the construction of telecommunications infrastructure in housing developments, urban settlements and concentrations of buildings.
The consultation, launched on 16 May 2016, runs for a period of 10 working days, so that any comments should be submitted by 31 May 2016 (in writing and in Portuguese), and sent to ANACOM at dl-123-2009.rev@anacom.pt1. Deadline extension for a further period of 5 working days, no later than 07 June 2016.
Anything in the comments considered confidential should be properly identified as such.
