By decision of 12 May 2016, ANACOM has decided to dismiss the complaint filed by NOS Comunicações, thereby maintaining the decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1381291 adopted on 10 March 2016 on the notification of the end of existing operating restrictions in the 800 MHz frequency band, as identified in Annex 1 to the Regulamento do Leilão Multifaixahttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1102165 (Multiband Auction Regulation).
