The expert working group on the Regulatory Framework met last 18 February in Brussels. The main purpose was to outline actions corresponding to the different project requirement definitions the group is responsible for, namely revision of the regulatory framework, over-the-top services, spectrum and the directive on reducing costs of broadband network implementation.
